Who is covered on this breakdown cover policy, the vehicle or driver?

In the policy wording of this breakdown cover policy there is reference made under all sections to "You" and "Your" vehicle. Under the policy definitions this is defined as "the policyholder named on the schedule or any person driving an insured vehicle" and "the specific vehicle (or vehicles) shown on your policy schedule".

So in reality we insure the vehicle and anyone can drive and be insured providing they are the owner or have the owners permission.

How many passengers will you cover on this breakdown cover policy?

We can accomodate the number of persons recommended by the manufacturer (and for whom seats are provided) up to a maximum of 7 people including the driver.
