Who is the Underwriter of this policy?

This policy is underwritten by Inter Partner Assistance SA (IPA) which is fully owned by the AXA Assistance Group.

When I call the number on my breakdown cover policy, who deals with my emergency?

In the event of a problem abroad you will call the number we provide for assistance.

When taken, the calls are handled 24/7 by the AXA Assistance breakdown team. They will manage your incident and will provide translation services if required.
