FAQ - Punctures and Flat tyres?

Having a a flat tyre or a puncture should not normally require the services of the emergency breakdown team but we do appreciate that there are times when you are you need a hand.

If you do need help then please call for instance and a mechanic will aid you with your problem.

Please note however that you vehicle needs to have a spare wheel or a run flat system/ foam kit as provided as standard by the manufacturer and you vehicle must have all of the required tools, jacks and keys for locking nuts etc so that the mechanic can effect repair. These requiremets are shown in the policy wordings for our breakdown cover policies.
