Cancel an existing UK Breakdown Cover policy
If you need to make a cancellation within 14 days please call our UK breakdown team on 08434 590 892 and they will be able to assist you.
Your Right To Cancel
We hope you are happy with the cover this policy provides. However, if upon reflection this, insurance does not meet your requirements, please return it to us within fourteen days of issue and we will refund your policy premium and an administration fee of £15 will be charged. You are not eligible for a refund if your policy has already begun or if you intend to make a claim under the policy or if you are outside the 14 day cooling off period.
Please note that we will only accept cancellations in writing from the email address used at the time of booking.
Refund Payments
Refunds are passed to the Admin team and within 24 hours the funds are re-credited to the card used at the time of booking. The time taken for this to be reflected on your statement will be determined by your bank but will normally be within 72 hours of our receipt of your written confirmation, requesting the cancellation.
